Webster Manor is the latest addition in our shared rental portfolio. The property has historically been used to house homeless Vets and to prevent other Vets from becoming homeless. We hope to continue the great tradition and offer these rentals to an array of tenants who are seeking an affordable place to live. As with all our communities, we have taken extra care to provide clean and safe features likes UV air scrubbers on all HVAC units, hand sanitizers throughout, and 24/7 security features on all our exterior common spaces. These units are slated to be complete in the summer of 2021.
